Description
Level control relay for tank filling, indicating “High Level” and “Low Water”.
The indications and how the level control relay for tank filling reacts (gun and disarm), allows protection against spillage in deposits and against lack of water. In addition, being a modular DIN-rail relay simplifies its installation. Advantage over 11-pin relays that require their docking station. Not only can it be used in standard electric switchboxes, it can also be used in modular boxes.
Applications
- Control of level in conductive liquids, through three probes (minimum, maximum and mass), with maximum level protection. Protection against spillage in deposits.
- Control of filling in tanks.
- Alarm by minimum level. Protection against lack of water in tanks.
Operation
Power the relay ( green led light on – A.1)
The contact “S1” arms when the liquid level is no longer in contact with the lower level probe (terminal I), the red LED “F.A.” (lack of water).
The “S1” contact disarms when the liquid level reaches the highest level of the probe (terminal S) – switches the red LED “F.A.” and lights green LED “N.A.” (high level).
